What is the standard for IP65 waterproof testing?

The IP65 waterproof test mainly includes two test methods: vertical drip test and tilted 15° drip test.

The test equipment used for vertical drip testing is the drip testing device. Place the sample in the normal working position on the sample stage rotating at 1r/min. The distance from the top of the sample to the drip port shall not exceed 200mm. The experimental conditions are that the infusion volume is 10.5mL/min and the duration is 10 minutes.

The inclined 15° drip test also uses a drip test device, so that one surface of the sample forms a 15° angle with the vertical line, and the distance from the top of the sample to the drip port does not exceed 200mm. After each experiment, switch to another surface, for a total of four times. The experimental conditions were an infusion volume of 30.5 ml/min.
